PART 1

a. The photographer is Alyssa Schukar
b. The general focus was eating disorders
c. Some problems the judge had with the pictures were that they were taken too far back, there were not enough strong singles, and the lack of emotion
d. The judges liked the background of one of the pictures with a man sweeping streets in the Caribbean and they liked a picture of a girl falling over a hurdle with her opponents legs passing her
e. I liked the photographs that the photographer took because they were taken from different angles, showed different stories, and was very strong.

b. The general focus was sports in general
c. Some issues that the judges had with the pictures were that they weren't personal, they didn't tell a story, and they were taken from bad angles
d. The judges likes the lighting in most of the pictures and the shadows in some of them
e. I think the photographer had mostly really good pictures but near the end they started to get worse because they didn't really tell stories, have good lighting, or have clear subjects

b. The general focus was sports played by people with disabilities
c. Some issues that the judges had with his pictures were that he didn't wait for the right moment to take the picture, he didn't get good angles, and the pictures didn't have a story
d. The judges liked some the pictures where the photographer got up close with the subject and when the subjects look at the camera
e. I liked certain photos that he took but for the most part i agreed with the judges that he could have told more stories with the photos

b. The general focus of the pictures story was about a bird that got tangles in a fishing line
c. The judges had issues with the lighting, the inconsistency of quality of the pictures, and the lack of subject in pictures
d. The judges likes the angles the pictures were taken and the telling of a story of the pictures
e. I liked the story that the pictures told and I think the judges were a little harsh and close minded about certain pictures that they looked at for 3 seconds

a. The judges noted that the photographer's strengths were the angles he took the pictures from and the color composition of the photos
b. I see the angles and colors as strengths too but also see that his choice of subjects was a strength too. I didn't notice any weaknesses
3.
a. The judges compared the quality of the photos of one photographer to that of another and decided which one had the best ones
PART 2
1. I agreed with the judges when they said they liked the picture of the cowboy behind his horse but all you can see of the horse is it's mane. I thought it was a really good pictures and the lighting was dim but you could still see.
2. I didn't agree with what the judges thought on a picture showing two boys playing basketball and one had just fallen down and the other in standing with a crazy expression on his face. The judges thought it was a bad picture because the photographer took it from standing up instead of sitting down but I liked the perspective because it showed both of the players faces.
