Post Shoot Reflection

1. I found it difficult to find pictures for the prompt 'metal' because I couldn't find many metal things around bowie. It was also moderately challenging to find pictures for the prompt 'happy' because happines is a feeling, not an object, and the cameras were not set up to capture action (which may be able to show happiness). But I took a picture of the memorial garden to show the happy times that were captured with the area.

2. I was mostly focused on making sure that the pictures I took were in focus. I did this by zooming in the proper amount and holding the button down halfway to focus the camera before I actually took the picture.

3. If I could do this assignment again, what I would do differently is I would defiantly take the background of the picture into consideration. After I watched the power point about the different techniques, I realized most of my picture had backgrounds that were too 'messy' and took focus away from the main subject.

4. If I could do this assignment again, what I would do the same is  keep taking the pictures from a lower angle to get a better perspective.

6. Yes, I would be interested in shooting some of these same prompts again. Especially 'square' and 'happy'. I like the prompt 'square' because I like to take pictures of shapes from interesting angles. I liked the prompt 'happy' because it's cool to try to capture an emotion in a photograph.

I really like their picture for the prompt 'metal' because it shows simplicity with a clean background, and the metal contrasts with the wood. Another thing I liked was the idea of the picture for the prompt 'square'. One thing I would have done differently is shot the square picture from above so that the background was cleaner and it would show simplicity instead of things in the background distracting the eye.
